CUBANISIMO 2006 Pinot Noir Reserve
A beautiful, elegant wine from the Vendemia block of our vineyard. Elegant spicy tobacco aromas introduce smooth, balanced black currant & bing cherry flavors with a cola accent. There are gentle tannins and nice acidity noted throughout the wine. Complemented by a vibrant, lingering aftertaste.
Limited production of 50 cases.

The Pinot Noir 2005 is a crowd pleasing balanced lush wine. The fruit aromas black cherry combines with aromas of cigar, and spice in the nose. It exhibits beautiful sweet cherry, red raspberry flavors, and hints of cranberry in its lingering aftertaste. Its
balanced structure reveals good acidity, and modest tannins making
it a wonderful food wine. 1200 cases produced. 5 cases left, 2 bottle sales limit per person.

A floral bouquet with raspberry & hints of peach that introduce the tastes of grapefruit, pomegranate and a lingering touch of vanilla.
It is now available with a 300 case production.
CUBANISIMO 2006 Rosado de Pinot Noir
This wine is representative of the characteristics
of our Rosados de Pinot Noir with vibrant and complex apricot and cranberry-raspberry
flavors. As is typical of the 2006 vintage, it has more intense,
fruit-forward flavors and some residual sugar. 80 cases produced.

CUBANISIMO 2007 Pinot Gris
This wine comes from the Eola Hills region. It is bottled for Cubanisimo, and only sold at the wine tasting room. This wine opens with vibrant a pear, subtle almond bouquet, developing into a pleasant blend of green apples, grapefruit & pear flavors, and an elegant, lingering aftertaste. To quote a faithful customer, “It’s like drinking summer in a glass.” It is perfect for salmon, crab, oysters, or pesto chicken. Limited production. CUBANISIMO 2006 Pinot Gris
It is intensely aromatic with lovely pears and grapefruit in the nose. It displays a generous amount of pear, grapefruit, and a touch of pineapple flavors which linger in the mouth.
